Accessibility is very important

The site is designed to be as accessible and usable as possible. Paper Tiger has passed the Section 508 and WAI P1, P2 and P3 tests performed by Cynthia Says. The site failed when tested by WebXACT (AKA Bobby, apparently) because it doesn’t think some links are properly separated, even when they're on separate lines.
  1. Images are optimised and code cut down to their skeletons to make the download times modem-friendly.
  2. All images have alternate text (always) and title text (optional, if it contributes to the meaning).
  3. You can print straight from a page and not worry about the site’s column design thanks to a printer-friendly stylesheet. Check the print preview to have a look.
  4. The site (especially its navigation) is text-only friendly.
  5. To make the site user-friendly, appropriate pages have sub-headings to facilitate scanning, and all links open in the same browser window, because if you wanted to open a website in a new window or tab you could do it yourself.
