Socialists commune in Australia.
I wrote this when I was, like, 15. Tagged as Interesting Things
I found this poster glued to the wall of an abandoned shop outside the train station near my high school. Since the election has been over for a good ten days (election was held on the 9th of October, 2004) I decided to take the poster down. The decision wasn't very hard:
- The man on this poster is, by consensus, quite ugly.
- I saw it as a way of giving back to my community by clearing all the election trash.
Honestly I wasn’t aware that Socialists were politically active within Australia. I always thought that they were as hard to find here as a nuclear warhead in Iraq, stifled by the stinky stench of democracy and the more-or-less free press.
