404 Article Not Found

Okay, here’s the hokey. The URL you're looking for can’t be found. This could be for any number of reasons:

  1. File doesn’t exist. Desi sometimes posts blog entries with links to articles that haven’t been written yet. Check back in an hour and it should be up.
  2. Bad path. A typing error (either on your part or mine) has been made. Check to see if:
    1. the URL’s components look like real words or proper nouns.
    2. there are spaces. There shouldn’t be any.
    3. you have used only lowercase letters.
    4. there are crazy characters. The only characters allowed are:
      • Letters
      • Numbers
      • : (colon)
      • /
      • ?
      • . (period)
      • =
      • - (hyphen)
  3. File moved or deleted, maybe from shame or embarassment at its content.

Archive — logs the old front page (blog) posts.

Articles — up-to-date listing of the newest articles, as well as links to the category pages where articles are archived.

Sitemap — this list doesn't show individual blog posts, but does show stand-alone pages, blog categories, article categories and all articles.
