81. A pastry cook is me.

I took my end-of-semester pastry exam last Tuesday, and it went great. The first part was a practical exam, which lasted five hours and made up 80% of the overall mark, and the second was a theory exam.

It was so easy as to be almost insulting.

An hour was allocated for the theory exam; I was finished in ten minutes. And got every question right.

Dear reader, my ego is well inflated.
